Partner programme

Partner Privacy Notice

Effective 24 July 2026

Information we collect

We collect account and application details, verified email, name, contact and payout information, optional social media handles and profile URLs, regional applications, referral codes, clicks, attributed orders, commissions, payouts, support communications, submitted public-content URLs and notes, device and security data, and records of legal acceptance.

How we use information

We use partner data to authenticate access, assess applications, operate and secure referral tracking, calculate and review commissions, process payouts, prevent fraud, monitor compliance, review submitted content, communicate programme updates, meet legal and tax duties, resolve disputes, and improve the programme.

Sharing and processors

Data may be shared with hosting, database, email, analytics, storage, fraud, professional-adviser, tax, and payout providers acting for legitimate programme purposes; with authorities where legally required; and during a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell partner personal data as an independent business activity.

International processing

Because the programme covers multiple regions and uses cloud providers, data may be processed outside your country. Halocore uses contractual, organisational, and technical measures appropriate to the transfer and applicable law.

Retention

Active-account data is retained while the relationship continues. Transaction, commission, payout, consent, fraud, tax, and dispute records may be retained after termination for applicable legal, accounting, security, and limitation periods. Unneeded data is deleted or de-identified according to operational retention controls.

Security

Halocore uses access controls, OTP authentication, role restrictions, encryption in transit, service-provider controls, and monitoring intended to protect data. No system is completely secure; partners must protect access to their email and promptly report suspected misuse.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Some records cannot be deleted while legally or operationally required. Requests may require identity verification and can be sent to partners@service.halocorelabs.com.

Updates and contact

We may update this notice when programme practices or legal requirements change. The effective date and material notices will be shown in the portal. Contact partners@service.halocorelabs.com with privacy questions.
